How we carry out your translations
AVB Translations is also the translation agency for private individuals, only one of very few left to offer this services. You are welcome to drop by at the office any day of the week or to ask your questions by telephone or e-mail. We’ll be happy to help you. People who need a translation for themselves as a private person usually require a certified translation. The translation of an official document needs to be legally valid. Of course, first you want to know what a certified translation costs, how long the translation will take and how the whole process is carried out. For you this is something new, while for us it’s our daily bread, so we’ll be happy to advise you.
How to request a free price quote
At the top right of this screen you’ll find the “offer button” which you can click to access our offer form. Our offer is free of charge and without any obligation for you! If you prefer we can also simply send you an e-mail. Click here for all our contact data. Please state the following in your inquiry: – your name – your telephone number and if possible your e-mail address – whether you need an official (certified) translation – the language of the document – the required target language – the land in which you want to use the translation
What do you get from AVB Translations?
If you have sent your inquiry together with the document and the required language combination, then we will send you our quotation free of charge and obligation, also stating the delivery time and giving advice on certification, authentication/legalisation or further procedures. We might possibly call you if important information is missing from your inquiry.
Want to accept our offer?
As soon as you approve our offer and we have received your payment, we will start work immediately and with pleasure. Naturally, we will keep you precisely informed of our timetable so that you know exactly when you can pick up your translation. If you have commissioned a normal, uncertified translation then we will send it to you by e-mail and of course you don’t need to pick it up. We look forward to helping you with all your translations!
